1. Make sure you have a current US Lacrosse membership number. If you do not have one or need to renew your membership, visit the US Lacrosse website.
2. Once you have your number, then select your regional team and location (Either North or South and a team location number 1 through 5 based on the Athlete's HOMETOWN Region).
